Care and Maintenance
TheBedBoss.com products are sold as mattress only. Any firm, flat foundation, including but not limited to a foundation box, box spring, platform bed with adequate slats, or the floor, will provide the necessary support for your new mattress. If you do not have a foundation box already or yours is not in good condition, one can be purchased at your local mattress or furniture retailer for approximately $60-$175.As a benefit to you the customer, each mattress has been compressed for easy shipping. Please allow 24-48 hours in a well ventilated area for the mattress to return to its normal size and consistency. A slight "foam" smell is common and will dissipate quickly as the mattress takes its final shape.
TheBedBoss.com recommends the use of a high quality, waterproof mattress pad to protect the foam from moisture. Care should be taken to avoid spills which will be absorbed by the visco-elastic foam if not properly protected.
