HOW IS A MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS DIFFERENT FROM INNERSPRING BED?
Genuine memory foam mattresses provide pressure relief and Memory foam mattresses do sometimes require a period of adjustment. Movement, temperature, and the "cradling" effect will all be slightly different than an innerspring bed. There can be a period of adjustment, but we find that within two week the vast majority of our customers love their beds and will never go back to an innerspring model.

Our mattresses are built in China, at one of the premier factories in the world. This factory also builds for some of the most reputable and famous companies in the world.
WHAT IS THE MATTRESS MADE OF?
Our mattresses are created from a combination of visco-elastic and conventional poly foams. Several models also feature Bamboo infused foam. Our foam contains a percentage of Castor Plant oil, up to 20%, which is safer for both the environment and our customers.
WHAT IS THE MATTRESS TOPPER MADE OF?
Our Topper is made of 2.5" of pressure relieving visco elastic memory foam. Featuring one half inch of bamboo infused memory foam to keep you cool throughout the night. Built with natural and renewable resources: bamboo, castor and palm oils and Aloe Vera. Topper attaches securely to any mattress with innovative sewn straps.
WHAT ARE THE SAFETY FEATURES OF THE MATTRESS?
An independent firm based in Minnesota tests our mattresses and pillows. Our mattresses meet or exceed all USA bedding industry requirements for safety and chemical content. Our mattresses are Certified TOXIN FREE by an independent testing facility.
ARE THE BED BOSS MATTRESSES FIRE RETARDANT?
Yes. Our mattresses comply with the FR1633, the fire retardant standard set forth by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Our company utilizes a glass fiber sock and fire retardant thread. This special woven fabric completely encases the mattress and forms a protective barrier. Each mattress has passed the rigorous testing under both an open flame and a cigarette burner three times.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE A MATTRESS LOCALLY?
Our corporate offices and store is located in Crossville TN, but we have retailers throughout the southeast and other parts of the country who sell our full line of beds. Our retailers are decentralized so we don’t know where all of them are located. Check mattress stores in your area and request The Bed Boss. This should help you locate a retailer. You can also purchase online, as we are able to ship directly to your doorstep via FedEx.
WHAT CAN I PURCHASE WITH A COUPON?
Discount codes are not valid on the purchase of pillows or toppers online. You can however use a valid code from an Independent Authorized Dealer towards the purchase of a mattress. Retail-Me-Not coupons are not valid in store or online.
IS THERE FINANCING AVAILABLE?
Our mattresses are priced very competitively, compared to other memory foam mattresses. For this reason we are unable to offer any financing.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY NEW MATTRESS?
For purchasing convenience, TheBedBoss.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. Orders which are processed for shipping and subsequently cancelled will result in a restocking fee of 40% of the order total charged to the purchasing credit card.
WHAT IS SHIPPING COST AND OPTIONS?
On Website orders we do offer free shipping on all pillows and mattress toppers. Our mattresses are delivered via FedEx at a shipping cost of $33 for a twin, $43 for a full, $63 for a queen, and $83 for a king or California king. TheBedBoss.com strives to ship orders within 48 business hours of receipt of the funds from the purchaser. Packaging, handling and labeling fees are included in the final order price. All products are shipped directly by TheBedBoss.com unless otherwise stated. TheBedBoss.com will make every attempt to notify the purchaser of the shipment tracking number the same business day the shipment has occurred
WILL I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX ON MY PURCHASE?
Sales tax is only collected for products delivered within the state of Tennessee, and will be added to the final price of applicable orders. Customers residing in other states are responsible for covering the Consumer Use Tax, according to their states particular laws.
CARE OF MY MATTRESS
DOES MY NEW MATTRESS COME WITH A BOX SPRING OR FOUNDATION BOX?
No. TheBedBoss.com products are sold as mattress only. Any firm, flat foundation, including but not limited to a foundation box, box spring, platform bed with adequate slats, or the floor, will provide adequate support for your new mattress.
CAN I PURCHASE A FOUNDATION ONLINE?
No a foundation cannot be shipped via FedEx. Any local mattress or furniture store can provide a foundation box.
WHAT TYPE OF FOUNDATION IS RECCOMMENDED?
We generally recommend a standard foundation box, one without springs. However if your box spring is in good condition there is no reason to incur the expense of a new one. Any firm flat surface can provide enough support for a memory foam mattress. This can also include a platform bed, or the floor.
HOW DO YOU CARE FOR THE COVER?
You can spot clean your mattress cover with warm water and soap. The covers can also be removed and dry cleaned one time if necessary. We do not recommend washing the cover in a traditional machine. The most important concern is that the foam is dried quickly and completely, as any excess moisture will cause mold over time.
HOW CAN I PROTECT MY MATTRESS FROM DAMAGE?
We recommend the use of a waterproof mattress cover to protect the foam from mildew in the event of liquid spill.
CAN I USE A HEATED MATTRESS PAD?
Yes, you can use a heated mattress pad on the bed. Direct heat will soften the feel of the bed. It will keep its properties and return to normal, as the temperature cools, but you will find a slight difference in the firmness when the mattress pad is in use.
WILL THE MATTRESS HAVE A SMELL?
A slight foam odor is normal, and should dissipate within a couple of days. You can expedite the process by placing it in a warm well-ventilated room, and occasionally "fluffing it" to release any clustered cells. Within 24-48 hours there should be very little odor.
CAN WE SPEED UP DECOMPRESSION?
Your mattress would probably decompress, and thus soften, faster if you were to walk on it. The foam can also feel a bit firmer in colder temperatures. Allowing it the full 24-48 hours to air out, and warm up from shipping, should release the foam to its normal consistency.

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR MY WARRANTY?
No registration necessary, you must keep your receipt and the law label intact on the mattress.
DO YOU OFFER A COMFORT GUARANTEE?
Every mattress from The Bed Boss is covered by a 10 year limited warranty against manufacturer's defects. We offer our products at highly competitive prices, at times less than half of other comparable beds from our competitors. We do not however offer a return on the basis of comfort preferences. Our website provides helpful tips for choosing the right mattress to meet your needs.
WHAT IS THE MATTRESS WARRANTY?
Our mattresses carry a 10 year prorated limited warranty against manufacturer's defects. This includes workmanship and body impressions greater than 1.5inches. Our defect rate is currently less than one third of one percent. Mattresses must be supported by a firm, flat foundation. TheBedBoss.com offers a warranty on Products as stipulated, and unless explicitly stated otherwise, for applicable Products (i) sold to original customers only, and (ii) if the request for warranty is received within the corresponding number of stipulated calendar days from the date of original invoice. For warranty applicable returns, if exchange or repair is not available, credit will be issued to the purchaser's credit card. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping. Any missing product or product which has been physically processed in any way beyond the originally shipped condition may result in a decrease or full forfeiture in replacement value. IS THERE A WARRANTY ON THE PILLOWS?
Our pillows are not advertised with any warranty, though we do our best to provide a quality product and resolve any problems that arise.
